Ⅰ.Application and features :

Automatic capping machine is suitable for packaging volume of aluminum caps. The machine compared with other similar products is notable with the advantages: First, using a four-claw head balance-type for sealing the caps in uniform force; the second is having to make the shape of the bottle by bottle deformation, and then rolling thread flange sealing function. Also, the machine has a beautiful appearance, compact structure, reasonable design, stable operation, low noise, sealing speed, good sealing quality, and suitable for all kinds of wineries, beverage plants, breweries, pharmaceutical plants and other production companies. While the machine is multifunctional by changing different head parts to seal different kinds of caps like three anti-plastic cover cap and cover, chrysanthemum cover.

Working principle of machine: Drive the rotation of main shaft from the dynamic of motor by the gear reducer; The rotation among curve camshafts is converted into the force which drives the capping head to move upward and downward; At the same time the gear reduce drives the curve camshaft in the bottom to make the star wheel move intermittently which matches up with the up-and-down movement of capping head. The upper variable speed motor let the capping head works by driving the belt; When the star wheel rotates the bottles below the capping head which punches the binding face between cap inner liner and bottle mouth; Meanwhile the fit thread screw is completed from the the flanging and rolling pilfer proof ring. Finally the perfect capping effect comes out.

Ⅲ,Use and to adjustment

1.Equipment overall adjustment

First choose and install the bottle type matching starwheel so that the bottle can run smoothly when fed in and fed out,while the gap is not too large, which may result in disorientation.

Loosen the fastener screws on the lower part of the lifting sleeve(Figure ),rotate (Figure ) lifting handwheel and the capping head hoists making the whole head  2 cm  higher above the bottle. Adjust the star wheel to align the center of bottles with capping head. Then turn down lifting handwheel (Figure )so that the punch in the center of capping head can contact the surface of aluminum caps completely. Meanwhile the caps distorts obviously. Start the machine and do the capping of bottles .Check if the caps linear fit the bottles mouth or not ; Repeat adjustment until the aluminum cap is distorted completely to the degree that the caps linear fits the bottles mouth with obvious compression. Fix the fastener screws of lifting sleeve (Figure ).

2.Capping Head adjustment

Feed in the bottles into the star wheel without feeding the aluminum caps, then adjust the capping head to the minimum position; Customize the thread insert making the roller on the top of screw thread of the bottle mouth; the other roller and closing wheel should be positioned on the neck of bottles; Hoist the capping head to adjust the screws which make the four claws at the same opening degree. Put on the caps on the bottles and start to seal the caps (if necessary rotate the roller to adjust the spring pressure and make the pressure of each roller at the same pressure);Finally the packaging volume of aluminum caps pilfer proof should be sealed with the clear thread screw and accurate flanging.

The torque for the pilfer-proof aluminum caps should vary from 1.1NM to 2.2NM; When the product is the gas-infilling drinks the air pressure should be no less than 0.3Mpa;

Fix all the adjustable screws to ensure the capping effect when finishing the adjustment above-mentioned.  

3. Changing capping head for different bottles

The machine should be re-adjusted when different bottles are changed.

There are several capping heads in the machine for different sizes of bottles .Choose the matched capping head according to the certain bottle.

To change capping head: Loose the fixing nuts from the top of capping head to dissemble the whole set of capping head ,then adjust the new capping head until the perfect effect turns out.The punch of capping head is the left-hand thread screw.

Ⅳ.Notice

Never do the repairing work or any other unusual operation on the machine without cutting off the supply power! The human safety is first important!

after being installed must be connected with the  ground wire. Power connection should conform to the safety rules and anticreeping requirements.

The lubricate oil in the gear reducer should be changed at a certain period (generally speaking change the oil every 300hours; the oil should be the HL-200 type )

.Operation process of changing star wheels for different bottles

After loosening the screw (Figure 1) to remove the star wheel, align the new star wheel with the position (Figure 2) ;Judge if the position of feeding bottles and capping is fit or not;

Change the to-be-used vibration plate (Figure 1), mount it on a suitable rail (Figure 4), screw on but not fix the screw (Figure 2), adjust the vibrator plate (1) and the guide rail (4) contact position (Figure 3), the caps must be able to pass smoothly and then fix the screws (Figure 2).

Set up the the height of caps hanging part (Figure 1),fix the screw (Figure 2)when the caps can fall on the passing bottles.

Loosen the fastening screw (figure 2) of the lifting sleeve, hoist the capping head by rotating the lifting handwheel(figure1 to make the capping head about 2cm (about 0.8 "inch);Adjust the star wheel and align the center of position to feed the bottles and capping head. Again rotate the handwheel(figure1) to lower the capping head so that the punch in the center of capping head can contact the surface of aluminum caps completely. Meanwhile the caps distorts obviously. Start the machine and do the capping of bottles .Check if the caps linear fit the bottles mouth or not ; Repeat adjustment until the aluminum cap is distorted completely to the degree that the caps linear fits the bottles mouth with obvious compression. Fix the fastener screws of lifting sleeve (Figure ).
